Based on our homemade lobster bisque that we make in our grocery store, we developed Lobster Bisque Flavored Potato Chips.

The chips are Gluten Free and Kosher. The taste profile came from our Deli's home made lobster bisque recipe, with the right amount of salt, Lobster Bisque (Onion, and garlic powders, salt, whey nonfat dry milk, paprika, spices, sweet cream solids, yeast extract, natural flavors, and silicone dioxide which is added to prevent caking.
