The Too Late Line is a proprietary conceptual framework, teaching system, and planning methodology, created by Devery "Rusty" Cagle and first used in April, 2025, that models the invisible boundary in a business owner's lifecycle at which wealth-planning options irreversibly expire. A boundary that cannot be perceived from the owner's side in advance and is ordinarily discovered only in retrospect, at or after a transaction.
