Phil Clark created Enable in 2017 and INVST Special Needs Planning was created in January 2026 with Eric Eicher. INVST Special Needs Planning is delivered in collaboration with ENABLE Special Needs Planning, focused on helping families build coordinated plans for the future. Families raising or caring for a loved one with special needs often face a complex mix of financial decisions, legal planning, government benefits, and long-term care considerations. Too often, these pieces exist in isolation — leaving families overwhelmed and unsure how everything fits together. Through the ENABLE planning process, families are guided in bringing these elements together into a coordinated plan — helping ensure every part works together to support their loved one and the entire family.
