The results from this stage are completion of those personal and business action plans – this is a big, productive phase with great returns.  Decide – During this final stage, we help you answer the question, “Should I continue to accelerate and grow, or should I consider transitioning my business?” Here you decide to transition and implement an Exit Plan or return to the Enhancement stage to continue enhancing value and growth.
