I made a Facebook post on May 12, 2026 about being "Offensively Fit". The video talks about how I inspire some people with the physique I have built and others make me feel ashamed or bad about being fit and wearing clothes that show it. The post states I will no longer apologize for being "Offensively Fit" because it took me 20 years of consistency with food and fitness. It took sacrifice and hard work.
