A thinking tool created by Mark C Winters, first used in 2019. The tool illustrates how quickly a team of leaders can move together. Acknowledging that the team can only go as fast as our slowest team member, this tool helps identify specific opportunities for improvement. Such opportunities might involve a reallocation of work, other forms of added capacity, or perhaps a need to switch out a member of the team.
