A thinking tool created by Mark C Winters, first used in 2015. The tool illustrates how leaders and leadership teams evolve over time. They begin in a place where most of their time and energy is spent in "doer" mode. Eventually, and with intention, they can evolve to a place where most of their time and energy is spent in "leader" mode.
