The tool is state-specific and improves over time through continual learning from both proprietary and public case data. Unlike traditional static estimators or generic calculators, CASETIMATOR leverages a custom-built AI engine that refines its predictive accuracy as more data is processed. Its primary purpose is to enhance user experience, reduce friction during legal intake, and improve lead conversion rates for law firms. CASETIMATOR is licensed to personal injury firms for use on their websites. While law firms can customize the color scheme of the interface (e.g., button and form colors), the core visual design and proprietary logic of the estimator—including its signature button design—are protected. The visual IP, including the unique button design, is secured via a separate Smart Contract to prevent unauthorized replication or modification.
