Agentic Accountability

A term coined my Mark C. Winters, Agentic Accountability is the structured practice of ensuring autonomous AI agents consistently act in alignment with clearly defined responsibilities and desired outcomes. This form of accountability integrates real-time monitoring, transparent reporting, and continuous feedback mechanisms, empowering an Agentic Integrator to swiftly intervene, recalibrate, or reinforce the agent’s behaviors. Through Agentic Accountability, entrepreneurial leaders ensure that their AI-driven systems reliably contribute to strategic goals and maintain ethical and operational compliance.
