
Declarative Identity Scale Assessment This assessment uses a Likert scale to evaluate the strength of your internal narrative across seven pairs of parallel statements. You will rank each statement from 1 (Never) to 5 (Always). The final score helps determine areas of strength and areas for growth. Instructions: 1.
