We exist as an energetic cloud I call the "Sphere of Self" which is comprised of three layers from the center out; 1. "Being" is at the center and is synonymous with our pure conscious energy as well as the conscious energy of all beings that have ever or will exist. 'Presence" is the point at which pure consciousness can be witnessed; 2. The Sphere of Mind is the middle section and is synonymous with our thoughts and visualizations (including willful, subconscious, and unconscious), our low energy emotions such as apathy, fear, hate, shame, and our high energy emotions such as awe, love, joy, peace, and enlightenment; and 3. The Sphere of Body is the outside layer and is synonymous with experiencing external phenomenon through the bodies five (5) senses, as well as our feelings which are initiated in the Chakras, or energy centers, of the human body and then translated as emotions in the mind.
